In order to change the cheap image, BYD designed a brand-new compact model 5A. Now we can see the photo of next generation F3. From this model, BYD put more effort in its oringinal design.

Its axle distance will be 2660mm, about 60mm longer than current F3 series, while the length of wagon reaches 4680mm. So this new F3 model hold a important position in BYD's lineup, as H530 at Brillince Auto. It's highly possible that 5A will be sold in BYD's dealer system together with current F3.

The rare lights looks better with LED, but the bottom design of BYD 5A is quite ordinary. The new feature is a shinning LOGO, a eye-catching function.

The stearing wheel of BYD 5A is similar as BYD G6, and the dashboard equipped with a big LCD screen.

BYD 5A has redesigned console, the arrangement of buttoms looks more sophisticated. Compared with other car maker, BYD has profound IT background, so BYD integrated voice recognition system, I system (similar as G-book on Toyota) in luxuary 5A model.

At early stage 5A will be powered by 1.8L or 1.5T engine (113kw/5200rpm, 240Nm/1750-3500rpm, the same engine on BYD G6, better date than 1.4TSI on Golf ) . 6-gear Manual Transmission.

A hybrid model of 5A will be equipped by a 1.5T engine + 110KW, code QIN, as the flagship of 5A series.
