Recently, JAC released it annual reports which unveils that its profit drops 94.58% only 4.86 million Yuan (about 710 434.8 USD). But its CEO is still optimistic toward the future of JAC. "In the end of this year, two of our new model will roll off line, they are ownsome! and we believe that they will bring JAC a promising future." he said.

On the other hand, Chery is also in its difficult time, to recombinate with JAC is a good option. By doing this， Chey can avoid overlapping investment and expand its product line.
