Around 17:15 17th of Nov 2014, a car park in Residencial Compound - Mingliu Huadi - collapes in Jinan, China. This underground car park is unfinished yet. There were 7 workers working when the roof collapes, 6 workers were rescued while 1 workers is still missing.
