A suspected mental disease patient, a Chinese Girl, nudely climbed up a high voltage transmission tower which located at the crossing of Tanggu Dongjiang Road and The 9th Avenue, Tianjin, 12:00 31st Mar. 2011.

She had a electric shock and fell from the top of transmission tower to a place 20 meter high from the ground. It's a miracle that the 220 thousand volt electric shock didtn't take her life, but still put her in danger.

13:15 rescue team cut off the power. 13:30 two firemen reached her position but found she's in unconcious.

13:50 three more firemen were sent. 14:00 she was hauled away in an ambulance.
