Shanghai collapsed building

The travel agency, Liaoning Phenix, provided Shanghai collapsed building tour service days ago, but as the collapsed Shanghai building, this service(according to original route, people will go to visit that collapsed building after breakfast of the sixth day) has been banned by Shanghai government.

When you trying to browse their homepage, you can't find the promotion AD now. the e-commerce department of Liaoning Phenix replaced that AD on 23rd July.

The Liaoning Phenix says their service line is very hot, they get a lot of request calls every day, and their first team is going to start off next monday.

In the end, their tour service and the collapsed Shanghai building have the same destiny -- unbelievable short lifetime.

Comments on Shanghai building:

"The wtc towers started with fire on the top floors which weaked the beams and columns causing the floorings and all their contents to collapse to the floor below, then to the next floor below as the weight and impacts accumulated. Their foundations were designed to support the entire weight of the building and their contents, withstand high winds and earthquakes.
This building is like placing a heavy box on a piece of tou-fu. Although the tou-fu may be perfectly flat and horizon, the pilings were not large and long enough to extend down to solid base to support the building. Any uneven stress on the tou-fu and uneven settlement of the ground will cause the building to lean and tip over.
I would worry if I lived in the adjacent building. They look like being designed by the same people. "

"most fortunately,no tenants have not lived in,otherwise how serious the results are.with referance to my standpoint ,to do shoddy work and to use inferior materials is main reason.designer, supervisor, engineer must be published so much so that they are condemnde and received up to many years in prison."

"Another example of why I'm hesitant to "buy" and apartment in China. It's supposed to have a 70-year lease when you "buy" it, but will the buildings even last that long? "
