is Beijing Expat Service Center for real?

Hello!

I have been offered a 12-month M-visa by Beijing Expat Service Center. They say they can give me one while I stay in Beijing. Do any of you have any experience with these guys? Should I worry or is it safe?

Beijing Expat Service Center is for real, I got 1 year multiple-entry 90 days each stay M visa through them.
I also recommended another 2 friends, they also got visa through Beijing Expat Service Center.

Anyone else, I am in a situation to apply for PCC for my Beijing time, someone on this forum have token it's police clearance service.
