A policeman killed a civilian in this residence community (Guanheng Garden) on the 13th February。

Ji Zhongchun, policeman, born in 1964, had a dinner with his friend together in the evening of the 13th February. Later Ji Zhongchun drove his sedan (Lisence plate: YUN GA6455) to a residence community in where one of his friends lives.

The car reversed into another seden belonged to Pan Jun, a factory director. They had quarrelled and body contacts. In the end, Ji Zhongchun took his gun, shot 3 bullets at Pan Jun.

At 4:20, in the morning of valentine's day, the public security bureau of Menzi hold a meeting on this case.

At present, Ji Zhongchun was taken in custody on charge of murder.
